Personal Training (1-on-1)

For adults who want fully personalized coaching, structure, and accountability. 1-on-1 personal training is built around your goals, schedule, and current level.

    • $85 per session | $340 / month

    • $80 per session | $640 / month

    • $75 per session | $960 / month

Semi-Private Training (Max 4 People)

Semi-private training keeps the group small (maximum 4 people) so you still get personal attention, proper coaching, and progression, without the feel of a large class. It’s ideal if you want consistency, motivation, and high-quality coaching at a lower cost than 1-on-1.

    • $50 per session | $200 / month

    • $43 per session | $344 / month

    • $40 per session | $480 / month

This option is designed for youth athletes (18 and under) to develop strength, coordination, confidence, and discipline in a safe and structured environment. Sessions focus on calisthenics, athletic movement, and fundamentals that support long-term development. (55$ per session includes meal plan and access to app with workouts to do at home)

    • $40 per session | $160 / month
